Baltimore has the most strict gun control laws in this nation. It is rabid with gun violence. GUNS DO NOT KILL PEOPLE! People kill people. If they do not have a firearm; they will use anything at hand, a hammer, a bat, etc Blunt objects kill more people than guns every year
