Senator Van Hollen and Representative Raskin, this is simply unconstitutional. It is the right of the people to keep and bear arms. You would never seriously look your supporters in the eye and say, "we are pushing to require a permit for you to practice your religion"

AWESOME!!! I have been saying and writing about this forever!! Will you require that the owner also purchase liability insurance for the gun? Please, consider insurance purchases. Gun handling/safety classes need to be required too.
