This is bad, particularly the class action prohibition. Chase has a history of bad stuff and hurt me and many others during the GFC with a bait and switch on a hard-sell "until paid off" balance transfer. I'm finally in good enough shape to start closing my accounts. (MD 6th)
Big Banks can’t be allowed to hide forced arbitration clauses in fine print and block consumers from having their day in court if they are wronged. Besides the "until paid off" fraud, Chase was also involved in the MF Global theft which put farmers and grain elevators at risk (or reality) of bankruptcy. I would advise anyone with a card in portfolio purchased by Chase to close the account as soon as practical.
