A non-partisan agency exists in DC? A continuation of the existing economic model was leading to more TPP type trades; more globalization with useless shared economy jobs to pad the employment numbers. The unspoken 80 - 20 % rule applies. USG has to fund 20% of the investments.

Whatever you do, please remember that *We the People* don't want higher taxes on the wealthy -- *so we can get handouts. We want our well-payed US manufacturing jobs back -- so we can earn decent wages & can contribute our fair share of the nation's tax burden.
