There is no question that Trump is being played by Kim Jong Un—one of the world’s most vicious dictators. Sidestepping his own Treasury Dept. and withdrawing sanctions against North Korea the same day they were announced defies logic. Congress must step in and pass the BRINK Act.

Every foreign policy issue does not warrant framing in terms of Trump’s personal corruption. Even if he were thinking that way, economic development more broadly would be beneficial for North Koreans, would it not?

It's not about Kim. Putin didn't want the sanctions. Putin didn't want the US/SK military exercises. Rump does what Putin tells him to do. He thinks Putin's going to help him become a trillionaire. And that his family will become a dynasty. He is also insane. Remove him.

Denuclearization should be not a prerequisite for peace, unless we’re ready to give up our nuclear weapons development too. Any new sanctions only hurt chances of peace for the people of the Korean peninsula. Let’s take responsibility for our actions.
