I intend to co-sponsor the bill in the coming weeks when I also introduce “cap and dividend” legislation to significantly reduce carbon emissions by placing a price on carbon and providing payments to every household in the form of a dividend.

from a distance : we live on the same planet / athmosphere. Is it correct that 1500 nuclear powerplants ( 1500 MW each ) could deliver the base load for all mankind. Let us say within 30 years ? We'd need way more than that from renewables. Sounds doable to me! I want figures.
