Airplane noise has been a chronic problem for Marylanders who live near @BWI_Airport and @Reagan_Airport. I’m glad the Senate finally took a first step to address this issue by passing a bill that directs the Federal Aviation Administration to mitigate noise impacts.

Guess I’m odd. After being a family member of an AF aviator and having spent 24 years in the AF myself I love jet noise. I live on the final of JBA and love hearing the jets fly over.

I approve of your work as my senator, but I think you’re wasting your efforts. Save them on dismantling the Prez’s agenda. I bought a house right under BWI knowing of the noise. It’s quieter than Baltimore. I am content here. Please refocus onto bigger humanitarian issues.

Around Libertytown and New Market, Maryland we have jets flying over us constantly. We are under the approach to Dulles and BWI. Then overnight jets from BWI take off over us, very annoying to hear at 2, 3 and 4 AM. There is no peace. Your support is appreciated!
