Illinois just became 37th state to ratify the Equal Rights Amendment on May 30, 2018. Nevada ratified it in 2017. It was sent to the states for ratification in 1972! Kentucky has tried to revoke its ratification. Virginia had a legislator use a lame excuse for not ratifying it.

U.S. looks like a hypocrite when it demands other nations treat their women equally, when our nation's core governing document lacks supporting equal rights for women. Women only have the guaranteed right to vote via 19th Amendment. All other rights are "assumed".
