    This would normally be an awful time for to fire three assistant coaches. But the recruiting class is awful and can't be salvaged so it really doesn't matter

    It's great has taken so much power away from Clay Helton but why keep him if that is the case? Go fight Carol Folt and demand Helton be fired instead of this piece-meal approach

    Clay Helton is literally a figurehead. He told Johnny Nansen he could be special teams coach 2 weeks ago. Now Todd Orlando (not hired by Helton) is firing Nansen, Greg Burns and Chad Kauha’aha’a

    USC only has offensive players left on the board so they didn’t care about cleaning house on the defensive side. Those players already signed.

    By revamping the coaching staff in back-to-back seasons and not replacing the head coach, has essentially announced to every high school football player that if you commit to USC, you’ll never know who your coach is going to be. Great strategy!
