What does it take to be an Ironman and marathoner? Consistency. 1% Better every day. Anyone can do it. If they want it. Sunday I did 12.5 miles. Yesterday 13.5. Thursday Will by 14. Sunday 15. That’s 55 miles Sunday to Sunday.
