    Yep. PhD definitely puts your job application at massive advantage, Especially, when the undergraduate studies in the US is not as rigorous, deep and extensive as French’s undergraduate studies. Also PhD really indicates that you can do your research w/o someone holding your hand

    There are so many people getting offended over the comment about a Phd not being important nor required. People are so elitist about degrees. Doing a PhD puts you at a massive advantage over others, why do they still feel the need to bring non-Phds down even further?

    I like Tesla as a product. But arguing that this company is worth more than $100 b is just wrong. If tech bros were preaching about stocks, I’ll take that as a joke. But as a financial professional, no. Tesla is not worth anywhere near $100 b or more.

    This is ridiculous. I thought in the US, unlike in South Korea, your job does not define who you are ( if your job doesn’t make 💴, that doesn’t mean you’re somehow less worthy than other). Treat them with respect.

    This is a systemic problem for drivers. If they use the restroom at the airport, they get ticketed. If they ask to use the toilet in ppls homes, they are put on blast. And even the restaurants who benefit from their labor won’t let them use the bathroom. It is so dehumanizing.

    I do think Dr. Lisa Su is so underrated. There are not that many cases where a company that was near filing bankruptcy are now successful (Apple after Job's return and AMD with Dr. Lisa Su).
