The response has been good. We can offer our expertise on how we have been able to mobilize the community in Idjwi Island around not only our primary care approach, but also fight against NTDs where 90% have STH, 9% schisto and 12% LF. The key would be to get local (official and

religious) leaders in the fight. We have learned how to make that happen. Community members need to feel they are involved and see the continuity of action. We ended up with huge engagement with less spending.
