    FINALLY!! I *hate* stuff playing while browsing. I feel like a weight has been lifted. Phew!

    I came up with a joke but this just isn't funny anymore. I don't understand how at no point along the way some advisor or other hasn't questioned this, and I also think it's pretty poor form of Katy to accept the role.

    I'm spending this week finishing a script in a beautiful remote lakeside cottage I found on AirBnb. I've got full height lake-view windows, a fridge full of food, plenty of teabags, a log fire, and my laptop. Happy chap.

    Nothing makes my eyes roll more than people who tweet during popular events saying they don't like/get it, or do faux-confusion gags. It happens with other stuff too. Talent show finals, climatic episodes of TV etc, but definitely brings out the best of them.
