Another reason to not use this besides it cut/pasting copyrighted code without obeying the license is that it emits gibberish. It's suggestion here is just a bunch of mixed up nonsensical lines from the same source file I wrote:

Microsoft had explicitly stated that their legal theory is that the model training is fair use even if with certain prompts it might exactly reproduce some code from the training set, so this is not surprising.

I can see an auto complete service like this being useful if it pulled from your own previous projects... since generally once you write a good function, you're more than likely to keep reusing it. But just random auto complete seems like the chaotic evil choice.
