SpaceX has waited a bit for the Starship hop, but over a decade to fly and return crew.
For today, as I know many are wondering:
1. First and foremost, all attention and good energy to #CrewDragon as it returns for splashdown at 2:48 pm EDT (18:48 UTC).
2. After that, attention can shift to Boca Chica, where #SpaceX is preparing to hop #Starship 150m later today.

What are the odds that the timing of each will conflict and happen at the same time? Would we get a non-live video should that happen?

Is there already a rough estimation for when it might happen? -
They still have over 6 hours of hop window left after splashdown, plenty of time (especially for a rocket launch standard, which usually only get around 1-2 ish or ofc instantaneous)

Why should 2. be dependant on 1? Surely they have independent resources dedicated to them. It seems utterly daft to wait for that. Starship is on a tight timeline and it seems like very rigid, weak thinking to wait for crew Dragon to complete.
