What if they just don’t throttle down for MaxQ and see if it reaches failure that way (obviously that would be a test of too many things at once)

The S1 will be fully fueled, or just enough to reach Max-Q?

Both Stage 1 and Stage 2 will have a full propellant load. Stage 2 will have a weight-simulator instead of its engine.
