Small channels aren’t getting paid and YouTube isn’t shunning anyone, in fact this should motivate smaller channels to look at watch time and NOT views.
that's great, except I was really close to 10k views.... I was looking forward to being able to accept superchats in my Livestreams. I get why it was done. I even agree to an extent.... But it still is frustrating for someone so close to their goal, to have it moved.
