While Saudi Arabia has long been an important U.S. partner in the Middle East, our shared interests should not require us to abandon our values, which include our commitment to a free press, human rights, and the rule of law.

I will reserve my final judgement until I get all the facts, but there is mounting evidence of a brutal murder of a journalist living in the United States by the Saudis.

Seventeen days after the disappearance of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khasshogi inside the Saudi consulate in Istanbul, the explanation by Saudi officials that he was killed in an impromptu ‘fist fight’ is not credible.

We should have a classified briefing and, depending on the facts of this case, we may need to re-assess our relationship w/ Saudi Arabia, including planned arms sales, our ongoing support for the war in Yemen, and other aspects of our partnership with the Kingdom.

We will no longer be able to claim to be the moral leaders of the free world of we so blatently participate in Mohammad Bin Salman Al Saud's cover up of such a brutal violation of humans rights. People of the world are watching and see what is going on.

Nothing will be done as per usual. I give up. This is not our America anymore. I thought there was a plan in place to remove this type of BS, from our White House, when the time arose. I thought the Secret Service could forcibly remove the threat. Where in the hell is Justice? 😡

Nothing is gonna change when we have a majority GOP House and Senate and a Republican President personally profiting from business relationships with Saudi Arabia that no one is holding him accountable for but we appreciate you attempting to do the right thing.

We should cut off all relationships with Saudi Arabia. Do not sell them any arms. Do not support them in Yemen. The Saudis are not our ally. They were involved in 9/11 terrorist attack.
