How does this do against esper?

Game one is pretty hard, but you have 14 cards post board against them so that's pretty tight. Little Teferi is p good for them post board though so I'd take that into consideration when trying to figure out how the game is supposed to go.

is the mana too stretched for dovins veto instead of negate?

I think that might be the case. Negate is easier to cast when you're trying to stick bow or teferi/vivien. I would probably add another land to this deck.
