Like the majority of Americans, I have an immediate family member locked up behind bars. My dad is in prison & at the age of 75, he is high risk for the virus. Your father should have parole immediately. At 75 let him free.. he is no threat can live with family, and wear tracking. Can you appeal on the tracking and u r responsible stipulation? Now with Covid there ...everyone (low threat) 65+ released.
