Oh No, don't play this card now. A lot has been changed in China and CCP and CCP driven PLA since Xi has arrived. The new expansionism policies, B&R initiatives of making countries debt ridden only invites another Fascist movement. The CCP itselves is promoting fascism.
Disputes over undefined national boundaries are problems left over by history, not expansionism. They are 2 different things of different nature. China has always advocated the maintenance of peace in areas with uncertain national boundaries and a settlement through negotiation.
