1. #China has no interest in the so-called China-US-Russia trilateral arms control negotiation. Given the huge gap btw the nuclear arsenal of China and those of the US and Russia, it is neither fair nor feasible to expect China to join in a trilateral negotiation.
2. By asking for such a negotiation, the US is looking for an excuse to shirk its responsibility in nuclear disarmament. What is really pressing now is for the US to positively respond to the call of Russia to extend the NEW START treaty.
3. #China is ready to discuss all the issues concerning strategic stability and nuclear disarmament within the context of the P5 and the Conference on Disarmament, as it has always had.
