I really don't give a rat's arse regarding NPC, CCP or Xi Jinping. I have formed my opinion based on personal experience with CCP while in CCP China. Since my experience cannot be erased neither can my opinion.

Why are they so important? Because China never changed over millennia. Two thousand CPC heavyweights attending the Two Sessions, but there're tens of thousands Chinese came to Beijing to petition the corrupt local officials for justice undone. No different than the Imperial days.
