Cooperation starts with trust. And the foundation of trust is transparency. If the CCP wants to build a good relationship with others, it should first start with allowing free media and speech within China so that others can verify and have confidence in what the CCP is saying.

I believe by nature, that all human beings are good and that nobody would ever wish for anything like this to happen on purpose. All parties involved are doing their best to resolve the problems as best they can. We all make mistakes and no one is perfect.
