One of the problems with Chinese Communist party is that CCP totally confuse human rights with living standards. People have enough to eat, clothed and well fed don't mean they have "freedom". Freedom is what counts most in the universal bill of rights.
Nearly 2.4M people have been lifted out of poverty in #Xinjiang since 2014. In 2019, the poverty rate decreased to 6.5% from 22.5% in 2014. By 2020 all rural residents living in poverty will be lifted out of that condition, becoming a moderately developed society. 4/6pic.twitter.com/9aQublOeSh
