      في 30 يونيو عام 2020، تم تبني قانون صيانة الأمن القومي في منطقة #HongKong الإدارية الخاصة في جمهورية الصين الشعبية في الجلسة الـ20 لـNPCSC الـ13 (البرلمان). ووقع الرئيس الصيني شي جين بينغ مرسوما رئاسيا لنشره. وأصبح القانون ساري المفعول اعتبارا من تاريخ نشره. (2/5)

      يتكون قانون الأمن القومي لـ #HongKong من 6 فصول و66 مادة. وينص القانون بوضوح على الوظائف والأجهزة لمنطقة هونغ كونغ الإدارية الخاصة في صيانة الأمن القومي. (3/5)

      كما ينص القانون العقوبات والولاية القضائية ونطاق تطبيق والإجراءات المعمول بها وإنشاء أجهزة الحكومة المركزية الصينية لصيانة الأمن القومي في منطقة #HongKong الإدارية الخاصة. وفقا لهذا القانون تنشأ الأنظمة القانونية والآليات للتنفيذ لصيانة الأمن القومي في هونغ كونغ. (5/5)
