      يمنح قانون #HongKong الأساسي مواطنيها الحرية والحقوق في التعبير والتجمع والمسيرات والتظاهر. لكن يجب على الجميع احترام حقوق الآخرين عند ممارسة حقوقه، ويجب ألا يؤثر على النظام العام والسلامة العامة، وألا يتجاوز حدود القانون أو يرتكب جرائم عنيفة. (2/4)

      إن الأنشطة العنيفة التي قام بها بعض العناصر المتطرفة العنيفة ألحقت أضرارا بالغة بالازدهار والاستقرار الذين كانا يسودان في🇭🇰وشكلت تحديا كبيرا لسيادة القانون والنظام الاجتماعي في🇭🇰وتهديدا خطيرا لسلامة أرواح أهل🇭🇰وممتلكاتهم. كما خرقت هذه الأنشطة الخط الأحمر لمبدأ دولة واحدة ونظامين.

      لذا كان شرعيا بلا منازع ما قامت به شرطة #HongKong وفقا للقانون من إيقاف أعمال العنف والفوضى وتسليم الخارجين عن القانون الى القضاء من أجل الدفاع عن هيبة القانون. (4/4)
