      على مدى الـ23 عاما من عودة #Hongkong إلى الوطن الأم، تطبق الحكومة المركزية الصينية بثبات مبادئ "دولة واحدة ونظامين" و"إدارة شؤون هونغ كونغ من قبل أهل هونغ كونغ" و"درجة عالية من الحكم الذاتي"، وتعالج مختلف الشؤون وفقا للدستور الصيني وقانون هونغ كونغ الأساسي.(2/5)

      حققت #Hongkong إنجازات معترفة بها عالميا. ظلت هونغ كونغ تحافظ على الازدهار والاستقرار حيث حقق مضاعفة حجم اقتصاد هونغ كونغ منذ عودتها إلى الوطن الأم والحفاظ على صدارة أكثر الاقتصادات العالمية حرية على مدى أكثر من 20 عاما متتالية.(3/5)

      لقد أثبتت التجربة تماما أن مبدأ "دولة واحدة ونظامين" هو أفضل نظام مؤسسي للحفاظ على دوامة الازدهار والاستقرار لـ #Hongkong. ستواصل الحكومة المركزية الصينية بثبات تنفيذ مبدأ "دولة واحدة ونظامين".(5/5)
