On 22 Jan. 2020, Chinese Ambassador Huang Xilian met with Undersecretary Enrique Manalo of DFA of the Philippines and turned over one million RMB (about 7.5 million pesos) for the relief and rehabilitation of the areas affected by Taal volcano’s eruption on behalf of the Embassy.
