Agree particularly with the part needs to set up an office to counter CCP influence. See what HK have become after 20+ yrs of close ties with China. Police, formerly Royal, now becomes the tool of suppression for regime. Isn't it a lesson painful enough?
Decoupling is inevitable; it just show happens the UK lacks the self-sufficiency, the economy and the industry to completely decouple with China. Perhaps the UK need to think about that after brexit and everything, instead of stalling the whole country, for UK sake.
