        Нет, просто путин с дружками еще надеются попилить ФНБ на нацпроектах. Поэтому ФНБ сокращать никак нельзя.В соответствии с Бюджетным кодексом, начать использовать средства ФНБ можно после того, как ликвидная часть фонда превысит планку в 7% ВВП.

        Дык, писали же в твиттере, что драгметаллы уже вывезены на частных самолётах, совершивших 21 рейс за короткий срок времени и обронив контейнер с золотыми слитками в аэропорту. Или то грузчики обронили не помню. Фото есть в сети.
