But I agree, this program and program paying for broken windows does not help lower crime or do anything. We are not holding anyone accountable. This isn’t even a bandaid. These policies do absolutely nothing

It helps the struggling small businesses. That’s the point. Nobody is claiming it lowers crime. It’s victim assistance.
