I never go back and clip in retrospect so maybe it was just a thing if you clipped a vod AFTER it got muted? whenever people clip DURING the live stream (even if that section later get muted) nothing has ever happened to my clips...
In all honesty I'm not sure, it could even have been accidental where the muting process just borked the clip.
