Have heard a few other streamers mention streamlabs dropping some alerts.. I'm thinking of switching. Are folks happy with streamelements? Should I just roll my own system for it? I've been wanting to dabble in DIY alerts for a while anyhow, but not sure if it's worth.

I'll occasionally have someone complain that they subbed and didn't get the notification. Sometimes it shows in their dashboard but no notification plays, other times it never surfaces in their dash but the person is legitimately subbed in chat
