Okay, but under that “harassment” policy, even people like Maza could be found ‘guilty.’ It’s ill-defined, because it presumes speech can be innately offensive, which it can’t be.

Even aside from that, a lot of people arguing against Maza trying to deplatform Crowder (myself included) are doing so b/c we believe in fostering a culture of ‘free speech.’ While it’s not legally applicable here, it’s a concept that should be societally enforced.
