  2. In 2015, Chicago passed a historic reparations ordinance for survivors of police torture under Burge. In 2020, we will work to get $ for a memorial and a fully funded center. Can you help us make sure the city follows through on its promise?

  3. We had a great RISE meeting at CTJC on Sat. where we discussed sites for the Burge torture justice memorial- a key piece of the historic reparations legislation that has yet to be funded. 2020 is our year!
