nice! I like the design... some height without being a featureless glass rectangle. If feels very "Chicago."

Being so close to a transit station the project should've been approved as long as the developer removes all the parking and redesigned the project to work without ANY parking.

Will affordable units be LIHTC’s.If so, is developer voluntarily waiving right to Qualified Contract sale in 15th yearthat would eliminate affordability in year 15 instead of keeping it affordable for 30 yrs? Can these units be permanently affordable under Community Land Trust?

The building itself is really nice but the car parking podium is so ugly. While I’m so glad the number of spaces was reduced to 75, that’s still 75 too many. Parking creates traffic. No parking, no cars. Simple as that.https://youtu.be/Akm7ik-H_7U

Where can I learn more about parking requirements in the West Loop in general as part of the zoning code?

Okay, stupid question. How is the address 906 W Randolph when as far as I can tell, no part of this building has any frontage in Randolph? From the renderings it is actually Peoria.
-
It would be on the corner of Randolph and Peoria.
