From November 2017 to June of this year, the monthly rate of unaffordable money bonds has tripled from 9% to 29%.

From November 2017 to June 2018, the monthly rate of I-Bonds in Cook County decreased. Instead of releasing people on their own recognizance or affordable money bonds, judges use unaffordable money bonds to incarcerate the poor.
