Congrats! Q: Judge seemed focused on “due date” using “elections” to make his pt. I did not understand the comparison. As I see it, elections & TIFs differ; unlike elections, with TIFs there is no fixed due date, so EAVs can be gamed, as with LY. Someone please explain?

There was no TIF end date, except as pushed forward by SB, Rahm, Reifman. Then at other end of the spectrum, judge said something like, you’re not arguing for a “moving target,” are you? That didn’t seem quite right to me either...hmm.
