So much more must also be done for child care providers who are in the bottom 2% of earners nationwide. The people who care for & nurture our children deserve so much better. We need to pay them like the professionals they are - and increase the minimum wage to $15/hour. (2/3)

On that note - we are the only developed nation that doesn't have paid family leave! When I became Chief Justice, I created a paid family leave policy to ensure that people could take care of their families and be successful in their jobs. I'll fight for that in the Senate. (3/3)
