Why should a drug used to prevent asthma attacks cost almost $800 in the US but only $150 in the UK, Australia, & NZ?
We've got to lower prescription drug costs - and we can start by allowing Medicare to negotiate directly with drug companies.

I agree and wonders what the hell are they waiting for. They must think they're Americans and they are used to paying more than other countries. Those days are gone and I would much rather go without than keep making millionaires richer.

When My Late Brother in law was a young Pharmacist he was first hired in Texas. He said a young man came in w a severely infected foot wound w a prescription he could not afford. He said the Dr. could have given him Pencillin for a very low cost vs. a antibiotic he could not buy!
