Virginia State Senator Joe Morrissey (D - Richmond) has been banned from the Henrico jail facilities for 90 days after an incident involving his children, according to Henrico Sheriff Alisa Gregory.

He needs to be banned from a lot of places and in prison himself. Child endangerment charges need to be brought against him, too.
