I think it's shock at @nbc and @MSNBC for thinking this was a good idea.

That's why it's not all on her. The onus is also on @nbc. If you read some of what she says, she defends him by saying Trump legitimized him

She's a grifter for sure. She plays to outrage often to draw views from the outraged, just as Stern did/does.
