How true. Portugal is a seminal case. The social cost (law enforcement), ancillary crime (murder, robbery) and the hypocrisy are all easy to see. The focus on treatment and rehabilitation is the answer. To say it publicly takes courage.

Hi Richard, good to see you, yeah I will be very interested to see how this is all going to go and how it goes, Id say quite a few country's are going to be watching as well, some hoping the world will end for them some hoping for the best, Im hoping our gov will watch as well.
