I think our adversaries should know: if there ever was an all-out nation-state cyber war any of the losers would launch nuclear weapons. Why? To insure the winners lose, too. And such a cyber war includes weapons that physically destroy transistors from a distance.
Cyberattacks on nuclear weapons systems, or even on systems connected to nuclear assets, can dangerously escalate conflict.
