Whilst some progress has been made, there needs to be a concerted effort to move from rhetoric & engage with Africa as partners instead of donor/recipient mentality. Accept good governance, excessive corruption and in some instances rule of law are issues
African actors need to keep pushing for a seat at the table and a voice in shaping the agenda.
