John Major prorogued parliament in 1997 to suppress cash for questions sleaze why isn't he being questioned on that, he's a hypocrite.

Prorogued it and triggered a GE, absolutely, to avoid a scandal hitting his party. I think this is the first instance of anyone proroguing parliament because it doesn't agree with them, though.
