There are layers of obstacles women face that men do not have to pivot around. It is not a question of whether women are intelligent, but whether they have equal accessibility to the opportunities & training available to men in technological fields.
Many of the jobs that are occupied by women today are more vulnerable to technological change. Male and female workers will need to reskill, but women have more restrictions on their flexibility and mobility and are at greater risk, Vivian Hunt from @McKinsey
