'The Americans say that Russia has been cheating on the treaty, and in fact, the Obama administration pointed to a missile that Russia was developing. Russia then agreed they would not deploy it and now the Trump administration says they have deployed it.'
'I think its likely that both countries have strayed over the line.' 'This happens a lot in treaties one county say this, one country says that - we saw it all the way through the Cold War.'
