The point is that Sinclair, with 40% US market share in local media, serves as a platform (on behalf of Russian propagandists) for undermining social trust in US media and government. And it wraps itself in the flag and the 1st Amendment while doing so. #SeditionAsaBusinessModel
I see that Sinclair is viewable in ~72% of US homes since its merger with Ttibune but where do you get the 40% market share figure? Agreed that they and their message are disgusting; FCC and DOJ antitrust wing should cap max media market share at 20%

When I moved to New York some 23 years ago I somehow expected local TV news to be more sophisticated and less rube-tastic than in Cleveland: after all, bigger city, it's New York… lolololololol
